Jayne Petersen joins Burger Planet's effort for heathier choices

GARY, Ind. - Burger Planet hires fitness expert, Jayne Petersen, to aid in their ongoing campaign to offer healthy alternatives for customers who seek more wholesome food choices.

Petersen, the woman who helped Opal Windsome lose 75 pounds, is teaming up with Burger Planet to promote healthier lifestyles and assist in development of healthier food options.

"Burger Planet has been a leader in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry in offering healthy menu choices," says Petersen.  "The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier, active lifestyles and I have spent my life trying to teach women that lesson."

Jayne Petersen will be the center of the kick-off ceremony at Burger Planet-Time Square in New York on the 12th of May.  Through June and July, Petersen will make appearances at Burger Planets and shopping malls around the country to provide nutritional packets and advice to consumers along with Corny the Clown.

In the last year, Burger Planet has added several healthy-choice options to their menu.  Options Include a low-carb white chicken breast sandwich, selections of fruit, and a new line of gourmet salads.  

Jayne Petersen will work with Burger Planet's chef to make sure new offerings are as healthy as possible.  She is also developing a healthy adult meal option which will include an ankle weight.
